The Face Events runs its own large format printing facility in Dubai, producing outdoor banners, exhibition graphics, retail signage and vehicle branding for events and brands across the UAE. Printing in-house means we control colour, turnaround and finishing rather than passing your job to a trade printer - and we can hold a press slot when a deadline moves. Every job is proofed before it runs, and prints are finished, packed and installed by our own team.

Exhibition Stand Graphics Printing
If your stand is already built, or you have booked a shell scheme and only need it branded, graphics are the whole job — including on stands we did not build.
Shell Scheme Panel Graphics
Printed to the exact panel module so the graphic sits flush inside the frame with no gap down the side.
Tension Fabric Backdrops
Dye-sublimation printed, silicone-edged and stretched into an aluminium frame. Creases drop out and the graphic packs flat for travel.
Rigid Panel Signage
Foam board, acrylic and aluminium composite, CNC-cut to shape for fascia signs, logos and dimensional lettering.
Floor Graphics
Anti-slip laminated vinyl rated for exhibition footfall, cut to the stand footprint.
Hanging Banners & Light Boxes
Printed double-sided where the rig allows, subject to venue rigging approval.
Counter, Pillar & Header Wraps

Routine banner and signage runs move through print, finishing and QC on a short cycle once artwork is approved.
Rush Jobs
Same-day and next-day possible on many substrates. Tell us the deadline before we quote, not after.
File Format
Print-ready PDF, AI or EPS with fonts outlined. We can work from other formats but it adds a prepress step.
Colour Mode
CMYK with Pantone references for brand colours. RGB files shift on press and rarely match the screen.
Bleed & Scale
3mm bleed minimum, supplied at scale with clear finished dimensions marked.
Proofing
Digital proof before production, and a physical proof on large or colour-critical runs.
What Affects Large Format Printing Cost
Price moves on substrate and finishing more than on square metres alone. Compare methods in digital versus offset printing.
Substrate
Vinyl, mesh, backlit film, canvas, fabric and rigid boards each carry a different material cost per square metre.
Size & Quantity
Unit cost falls with run length. One large piece and twenty small ones can price very differently at the same total area.
Finishing
Hemming, eyelets, lamination, contour cutting and mounting are separate lines from the print itself.
Installation
On-site fitting, access equipment and out-of-hours work where the venue or mall requires it.
