The Face Events supplies LED screens, sound and lighting for corporate events, concerts, exhibitions and live productions across the UAE. Indoor and outdoor panels in a range of pixel pitches let us size a wall to the room and the viewing distance, rather than fitting your event around a fixed screen size. Working since 2014, we deliver, rig and operate the equipment with our own technicians on site for the duration so if something needs adjusting mid-event, the person who built it is already in the room.

How to Compare AV Rental Companies in Dubai
Six near-identical searches produce shortlists that look the same from the outside. These are the questions that separate one AV supplier from another once the kit is on site.
Dry hire or crewed?
Dry hire means the equipment arrives and you operate it. Crewed means technicians come with it. The two are often quoted side by side without being labelled, so ask which you are being priced for.
Do they own the equipment?
Much of the Dubai market sub-rents. That matters when a panel fails at 8am on show day: an owner swaps it from the van, a broker makes a phone call. We own our inventory and store it at our own Dubai facility.
Is a site survey included before you book?
Ceiling height, rigging points, power availability and load-in access decide what can physically be installed. A supplier quoting without seeing the venue is guessing, and the correction lands on your invoice as a variation. Our venue survey is free and happens before you commit.
What pixel pitch, and does it suit the room?
Pixel pitch sets the minimum viewing distance. A quote reading “LED screen, 6m x 3m” with no pitch is incomplete — the same dimensions can look excellent or unwatchable. See our indoor and outdoor LED screen rental prices for what pitch does to cost.
Is the quote itemised?
An itemised quote shows panels and processing separately, plus rigging or ground support, cabling and distribution, power, crew by shift, delivery and standby hours. A single lump sum hides what gets charged later.
Who covers standby and derig?
Events overrun. Find out what happens at hour nine of an eight-hour crew call, and whether derig sits inside the price. This is the most common surprise on an AV invoice.
What backup travels with the rig?
Spare panels, a second processor, redundant radio mics, a backup laptop feed. The answer tells you whether you are buying equipment or reliability.

We rent from a single day upward. Delivery, setup, operation support and dismantling are included in our rental packages.
